Joy Mariama Josiah

Joy was the last of five children born to a couple in a remote village. Both parents died of terminal diseases and the children were left stranded in the village. Their grandmother, who was very old, could not care for them so the older ones became errand kids for the villagers for food. Mariama was very sick at the time of her registration to the home.
